Offering panoramic views over the valley, the Bergwald enjoys a very quiet location above the village of Alpbach, right at the edge of the forest. Free WiFi is available in the entire property, and a flat-screen satellite TV is provided in all rooms.

Located at 1,100 metres above sea level, amidst the hiking area of the Alpbachtal, the Bergwald is a traditional Tyrolean accommodation a 2-minute drive from Alpbach village centre. The Moser family, who owns the place, has been living here since the 11th century.

The rooms and apartments all have modern bathrooms and mountain views. Some rooms have a balcony. The Bergwald also features a sun terrace with mountain views. Smoke detectors are installed in the entire property.

In winter, the property features a Finnish sauna, 2 relaxation rooms, and access to the outdoor area. An infrared cabin and a massage chair is available all day long and free of charge.

During summer, the Alpbachtal Seenland Card is included in the rate. This card comprises many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses, free entrance to all lakes, free entrance to several public swimming pools and much more.

Information about nearby sights free activities, as well as ski passes, is provided at entrance reception. Toboggans can be rented free of charge.
