Locanda della Maria is located very close to Porto San Giovanni ferry port, 100 metres from Lake Como and 2 km from Bellagio center.

Breakfast is in a buffet style and has sweet and savoury products, such as cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit, and homemade bread and croissants. A selection of teas are available in the communal area.

All air conditioned, the rooms feature a flat-screen TV, modern furnishings, and a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries. Wi-Fi is free throughout.

A bus to/from Bellagio and Como stops a few minutes' walk from the property. There is a pier with ferries to/from Bellagio that run every hour.
