St Georges House ligger 8 minuters promenad från Shanklins centrum och järnvägsstationen. Från boendet är det 5 minuters promenad till en gångväg på toppen av klippan, som leder ner till stranden. Gratis parkering finns på plats och gratis Wi-Fi finns i de allmänna utrymmena.

Alla rum på St Georges har eget badrum med gratis badprodukter och hårtork. Freeview-TV samt te- och kaffekokare finns också.

En komplett engelsk frukost serveras i matsalen, tillsammans med fruktjuicer, flingor, te och kaffe. Afternoon tea, kvällsmål och picknick erbjuds på begäran. Vid ankomsten erbjuds gratis te, kaffe och hembakad kaka.

Gästerna kan också koppla av i loungen, som har en bredbilds-TV med vallar och ett ljudsystem. Ett urval av öl, vin, sprit och cocktails erbjuds i baren.

St Georges House är ett viktorianskt hus. Shanklin Old Village och den trädbevuxna kustravinen Shanklin Chine ligger bara 5 minuters promenad från boendet, liksom high street-butiker och restauranger. En "land train" går regelbundet från esplanaden till den gamla byn.
