Less than a 5-minute walk from the centre of Paignton and the seafront, Merritt House is a family run B&B offering excellent tasty breakfasts made with fresh local produce, free WiFi and free off-street parking.

Each bedroom at Merritt House is unique and has free WiFi access and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. They also have blackout curtains, tea/coffee making facilities, ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV/DVD player.

In the morning, guests can enjoy a freshly cooked breakfast which includes free range eggs, sausages and bacon supplied by a nearby farm shop, specialties such as Scrambled egg topped with smoked salmon on a toasted English Muffin, Corn fritter Stack and Fluffy American Pancakes filled with fresh banana & strawberries.

Paignton Rail and Bus Stations are also just a 5-minute walk from Merritt Guest House B&B and Torquay is only a 15-minute drive away. In Paignton, guests can discover the Paignton to Dartmouth steam railway and go on fishing trips and bay cruises.
