This seaside themed Bed and Breakfast is set in a quiet street, a couple of minutes' walk away from the Seafront, Paignton Beach, and the Pier. The town centre, bus station and train station are a 10-minute stroll away. We do not provide onsite parking; although the surrounding streets have free and paid parking, as well as carparks.

Trentham House offers 3 double rooms and 2 family rooms all with en-suite bathrooms, comfy beds, flat screen Freeview TV with DVD player, and tea/coffee making facilities. A hearty full English breakfast is served daily in the dining room, along with cereals, fruit and juices.

The town centre is a 10-minute stroll from Trentham House with bars, shops and restaurants. Paignton Harbour and the Dartmouth Steam Railway Station are both within half a mile.

Paignton nestles in between Torquay and Brixham (both a 10-minute drive away) and Dartmoor National Park (a 30 mins drive away).

    Not a great beach. Over run with people. A ghastly 'vue' cinema positioned in an awful position detracting from the coastal crescent. A tired looking 'kiss me quick' town from yesteryear
