With its hilltop location, halfway between Montefalco and Bevagna, Villa with Pool and Countryside View offers beautiful views of the Bevagna Valley. It offers a large garden with a swimming pool and produces its own wine.

Set on Belvedere hill, Villa with Pool and Countryside View is 3 km outside Montefalco. It is only 15 minutes' drive from the historic town of Foligno. Assisi and Spoleto are around 25 km away.

The villa features a TV and reading lounge overlooking the swimming pool and the vineyards. Rooms have either a traditional Umbrian or modern design and come with free Wi-Fi, an LCD TV and kettle.

A buffet-style breakfast is served each morning. You can also sample some of the property's homemade wine and practice at the on-site putting green. The swimming pool is open from March until October.

There are many wineries in the area that produce the certified wines, Rosso di Montefalco and Sagrantino di Montefalco. Le Lame horse riding centre is 5 km away.
